The Liners  |  The first thing I ever tried from Lord & Berry was their black kohl eyeliner.  Little did I know, they have a whole assortment of black liners with different finishes.  The Silk Kajal Kohl liner and Smudgeproof liners are both matte finishes.  Then, they have a Polish eye pencil with more of a sheen to it.  Lastly, the Paillettes pencil with just a touch of silver sparkle for those occasions you need a little something extra.  Each liner is intensely black and opaque in one swipe.  The formulas are silky, blendable and stay put once set.  Everyone needs that little black liner in their collection, right?

The Staples  |  For your everyday go-to's, Lord & Berry has everything covered.  Concealer, neutral lip, brow pencil... check, check, check!  The soft touch concealer is fabulously smooth and blends like a dream.  The shade I have is Nature.  It has a matte finish that doesn't look heavy on the skin so it's great for even those minimal makeup days.  I appreciate the finish and lightness of the formula since my skin is oily.  Next, is the crayon lipstick in Prelude which you know spoke to me right away!  Nude lips are a staple in my collection every season.  This shade is a deeper nude with a creamy matte finish that will be perfect for fall.  The formula is comfortable and so lightweight I forget I'm wearing it.  Lastly, a brow pencil with a spoolie at the opposite end.  I love brow products like this, no extra brushes required!  The shade pictured is Blondie, which is too light for my dark hair but I really liked the formula.  It's dry enough to stay put but smooth enough to blend easily for a naturally defined brow.

The Mattes  |  In every makeup lover's collection you will most likely find a matte bronzer and matte lipstick.  I've been wearing the matte bronzer in Toffee practically every day and it gives my skin that perfect warmth for summer.  It may not show up as well on medium skintones but it's perfect for my light skin.  The matte liquid lipstick in Bold Red is not necessarily an everyday shade, but the formula is fantastic.  It applies evenly and looks really smooth on the lips without feeling too dry.  The lasting power is pretty impressive too!  I'll definitely look into more shades of this one.
