This month's Lilee theme really took me back - butterfly clips, neon colors, and even a ring pop. Bring back any memories? August's Throwback Box is filled with items that a lot of us will remember from when we were younger, but also some great picks we can still incorporate into our everyday beauty routine. Hair | Would you believe me if I told you I still keep butterfly clips in my vanity drawer? Yes, it's true. Lilee restocked my supply with a 12 pack from Revele ($3). I still use these little gems to section my hair every time I use a blow dryer. To boost volume, there's a 4 pack of velcro rollers, also from Revele ($8) and a nightcap from Happy Brands ($24) to keep that style intact. What really took me back was the pop up brush from Spa Savvy ($6). You won't have any trouble finding that neon orange in your purse, that's for sure! Bonus items this month were a travel size hairspray from Rave and Vo5 hot oil. How's that for nostalgia?

Beauty Basics | These beauty basics will never go out of style! Subscribers received a manicure set from Revele ($18) that easily tucks away into the exclusive Lilee cassette tape bag ($15.99). I think that was the cutest touch this month! Sweet Treats | Because every beauty deserves to indulge. Lilee threw in these all-time favorites to satisfy your sweet tooth. I remember getting ring pops when I was younger and I thought it was the best candy ever. It's an oldie but a goodie and I still light up when I see them. How can you not love ring pops?! Also included are some gummy bears and Stallion bubble gum that my husband remembered right away. Who knew this stuff was still around? ($3.50) Thanks, Lilee!
